Project management tool
We use Microsoft Project 2000, Microsoft Excel, and our in-house developed tools, such as the "GB Testing Center Management System." Project progress is tracked through status reports. You can take a look at our online management tool.
Testing tools
Apart from industry-standard tools, such as Silk Test, WinRunner and Load Runner, we develop our own tools to meet the specific needs of one type of testing
Software
We have an in-depth understanding of software design and development. We have software engineers running software tests and we provide specific training on software development for our testers.
Operating systems
We are fully conversant in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, as we have carried out localization for Microsoft operating systems Windows. We also have a Macintosh testing lab and provide Unix- and Linux-based testing services.
Networks
We have a solid knowledge of networks. Our testing center houses a sophisticated network for various network-based tests.
The solution
GB worked with the client to help them realize their development goal. A team with over 30 people was built up to help test the globalization and localization features of the product. GB experts managed the team, optimized the test process, designed test scenario/cases, and executed test scenarios to validate the enablement of locales, Unicode, Surrogate, GB18030. GB specialists in Hindi and Arabic made contribution to complex script validation.
