■ Edition
Every translated document is fully edited by another translator before final formatting. The editor has access to all the illustrations to verify both the accuracy and consistency of the translation.

■ Desktop publishing
The edited document is formatted by a multilingual publishing specialist. We verify the format of every page and illustration and rebuild the table of contents and indices where applicable. We print the entire document for a final review before delivery.

■ Final proofreading
The lead translator reviews a printout of the final document to verify that all the project requirements have been met.

■ Delivery
The delivery of a translated document includes all the edited files plus a reference printout. We can also make arrangements for full color separations or black and white output on film or high quality paper.
